A cartoon drawing of two kissing teenagers, created in black and white. The speech balloon contains the title song chorus. Not really special so far, but this is a multi-folded sleeve with some more pictures hidden inside. If it is unfolded completely the inside is showing a nice poster of 'Dawn'. She's wearing her 'Sunday dress', full of expectations, for the 'Teenage Kicks' maybe? The remaining photos seems to be taken on a celebration.
Two cover version of well known songs, the A-side an 'Untertones' tune, the B-side one of 'Bobby Darin'.
