This limited edition 3-track EP features one of the US inventors of the so called 'Punk' genre, Mr. Richard Hell (born Richard Meyers). The front cover photograph, framed by a 'chain' of punks original accessories, the razor blade, shows Mr. Hell, on the reverse side again him accompanied by the Voidoids. Their 'Blank Generation' belongs doubtless to the most influential punk lyrics ever written, in other words it's probably punk's anthem. Not to forget, this belongs to "Punk Rock's" better cover designs.
